This hotel is a real gem in the heart of Jogja. The value for money is excellent - you get so much more than what you pay for. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the center of town, yet tucked away in a peaceful street surrounded by local homes. The rooms are spacious and filled with beautiful old furniture, and the big windows provide a lovely view of the surrounding garden. The attention to detail is really impressive, making the experience truly authentic.
The only thing that could be improved is the occasional noise from nearby places of worship.

The room was nicely decorated and well ventilated with big windows. The location was convenient, close to a great restaurant and key landmarks. The host was welcoming and helpful, offering to show us around the area. The kitchen was also useful for breakfast and snacks.
The nearby mosques were quite noisy and woke us up multiple times during the night. The room could have been cleaner with some dust on the furniture.

I had an incredible stay in this hotel, located in a prime area with a nice neighborhood. The location was perfect since it is close to the famous Mediterranean restaurant, which has great food. Besides, the hotel facilities were very clean, and the staff was always attentive to all my needs, making my stay much smoother. Lastly, I enjoyed the easy transportation to many attractions in the centre.
Nothing to mention.

This hotel is in an excellent location - just a short walk to a famous Mediterranean restaurant and a beautiful neighborhood. the Palace is also nearby. the hotel is situated away from the noisy street, providing peaceful surroundings. My room had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the owner gave a warm welcome and provided great service. Breakfast was delicious and included in the price.
The only negative aspect I noticed was some insects that made their way into the room through the ventilation system.

The location of this budget hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, as it offered a variety of delicious local restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the easy access to a small kitchen, where we could make tea and coffee whenever we wanted. the room had a charming and traditional interior design, which added to the cozy atmosphere of the hotel.
One of the main drawbacks of this hotel was that the room was quite dusty and not very clean. the lighting in the room was quite poor, making it difficult to read or get ready.
